01. INTRODUCTION.   this is an independent & highly selective writing blog for harley quinn / harleen quinzel of detective comics. mutuals only & heavily plot-focused. extremely low activity. I am in no way affiliated with dc or anyone involved in the creation of harley. everything here is just for funsies.

02. PORTRAYAL.   I do not adhere to a single, specific canon. rather, my personal portrayal of harley draws inspiration from a wide variety of sources, including but not limited to: harley’s 2000s solo run, batman: the animated series, the suicide squad (2021), gotham city sirens & the arkham series of video games. if you ever have a question about whether something is part of my canon for harley, never be afraid to ask!

03. SHIPPING.   I love ships of all kinds, so lay them on me! whether you’re looking for our muses to be romantically involved, platonic pals or sworn enemies, I can guarantee you I’m always up for plotting something out.__ I feel it is also important to note here that I do not romantically ship harley with the joker in any capacity. while I will acknowledge the important part he played in harley’s life, I will not ever condone their relationship or portray it in a positive light.

04. TRIGGERS.   mature content may appear on this blog from time to time. whilst I do my best to tag all triggers accordingly, if you are at all sensitive to guns, knives, violence, blood, death or mentions of past abuse, I would advise against following.triggers will be tagged in the format  == ' TRIGGER / ' ==.  if you have a specific trigger that you need tagged, never hesitate to message me and let me know. I want this blog to be a safe and comfortable space for all of my followers. ♡

05. FORMATTING.   I do format my posts. however, if we have a thread and at any point you have difficulty reading my replies, please let me know and I'll happily accommodate you.

06. DNI.   I will not follow anyone who posts anything of a racist, homophobic or transphobic nature, who knowingly uses a problematic faceclaim or who writes the following topics: incest, torture, rape/sexual abuse.
I also will not follow anyone under the age of eighteen and ask that they do not follow me.

07 MAINS & EXCLUSIVES.   I personally love having mains & exclusives. I feel like they really give me the opportunity to explore and develop more fleshed out dynamics, which is ultimately what I'm here for. I will accept up to two of each character for mains (three for batman characters) & of course only one for exclusives. my current mains & exclusives can be found on this carrd.
